Newly done basement. Private room, looking for a girl/woman preferably indian. Location is near shoppers world mall, Tim Hortons, Sheridan, College plaza and quick access to bus stop. Girl is expected to clean after herself, not make noise after midnight and no overnight visitors. Need to bring her own mattress.
