I am a black male 49 but young at heart. I do have a 2 room basement I am looking to share June 1st. Renting 1 room. 1-2 moths. Who knows, maybe longer for a good fit. Male or female.
Basically, it is 2 rooms, a kitchen and, washroom. I use 1 as my living room and the other, as my bedroom. I am renting the bedroom out. Kitchen and bathroom is shared. Bedroom has door and is right beside the washroom. Other room is on other side past kitchen. I will stay there.

I have done this a few times and, sadly, have regretted it nearly everytime. I have always stressed that I need a positive mature person. During interviews all is well, THEN, nightmares.

I am a down to earth guy. Chill and positive. I am well spoken and mannered. I'd really like the same.

We live in a society where people only care about themselves. Too many people have a I don't givea F attitude. Way too many people. If that's your core belief, that's ok but, not here please. This my home and I am sharing it for a while. I need someone kind and considerate here. A good soul. There are so many other places to choose from. So, if you know your probably not the right fit, please don't request this place out of pure urgency. Please. Especially if my ethnicity is a issue. I have had this problem before and it is very sad and uncomfortable to endure.

This place is cozy and, 420 friendly. Cigarettes outside though
