This a shared townhouse with me and my girlfriend. We have a dog and are open to other dogs given they are friendly with ours.

Must be clean and have good references from previous landlords.

Will be required to provide proof of employment, landlord references and credit check.

Damage deposit of $1,500 required with the $1,500 for first months rent before moving in is required. ($3,000 due upfront).
