I’m looking for someone who will appreciate the space and treat it with the same care I do. The house is on a quiet, dead-end street surrounded by friendly neighbours and well-maintained homes, offering a peaceful and private living environment.



The house is 900 square feet and partially furnished, featuring:

• A large master bedroom with a California closet system
• A second smaller bedroom, also with built-in closet systems

Though I keep some storage on-site and use the parking for my own needs, you’ll have the house all to yourself. I’m open to flexibility with the right tenant and might even consider sharing the space with a friend part-time down the road if that works for everyone involved.
