New shared home in Scotsman's Hill (on hill above the Stampede Grounds) and we have one more room for the right person.

We are looking for working, ideally 40 , happy to be singles (not out partying and trying to bring home new 'friends'), who wants a quiet, peaceful, tidy, non drama, stable, respectful place to call home.

The rooms are spacious. The house is non-smoking, no drugs (incl marijuana), quiet and respectful of others. We keep the common spaces clean for others and we listen to electronics with headsets (to be respectful of others) unless it is a shared show.

We have fantastic views of the city and stampede grounds with tennis, skating, walking along the Elbow, plus buses to both downtown and LRT, all within 3 blocks.

It's very peaceful yet within walking distance of downtown. We have a deck with BBQ, a fire pit, Wifi, cable TV, etc, etc.

Ready to move in this week. Only $800 /mo all incl (ie utilities, wifi, cable, cleaning supplies, furniture). Just bring clothes, groceries and personal effects.
