I’m not just saying this because I love her, she is truly the best dog ever. I could show you a picture of her 100 stuffies (yes she’s very spoiled) and you would see how pristine they are… she doesn’t destroy anything at all, and has NEVER done her business in the house, ever! I have cameras at home to check in on her while I’m at work, and ALL she does is sleep all day and wait for me to get home.

Mila, never barks, unless someone rings my doorbell, which is probably an Amazon delivery.

I have an amazing income (well over 6 figures), I come with glowing references and excellent credit.

It's very hard to find a pet friendly home, especially one with a fenced yard.

If it's available long term, even better, as I don't plan on buying a home for at least 3 years and I hate moving!

You’d be hard pressed to find a better tenant. I’ve been a home owner most of my life so I will treat your home like it was mine.

I’m kinda boring, I don’t smoke, anything at all and I don’t party. All I do pretty much is go hiking or walking with Mila.

It doesn't have to be a new house or a huge house, something nice and cozy.

Monthly budget, around $2,200, willing to pay more if it's really worth it (like a view of a body of water or something).
