*ROOM RENTAL ONLY FOR 2 PERSONS (1000$ with all utilities).

Documents required:
* Two pieces of ID proofs and Emergency contact number required
* NO contracts for the duration of stay, Flexible move out with "ONE MONTH" notice for both parties
* First and Last month rents are required before move-in

What is covered?:
* 1000$ for 2 persons
* All Utilities and one car parking are included rent
* Queen Bed and Mattress are available in the bedroom (Furnished)
* Shared - Hall area, Sofa, Kitchen, Microwave, Fridge, Internet, Washroom, Laundry
* Laundry - use is only on weekends (SAT and SUN for tenants)
* Separate entrance for the basement with monitoring camera for safety
* ONE Driveway car parking available, if the tenant owns a car. Second car parking also available for additional 75$/month.
* Guest overnight stays are NOT allowed
* NO Smoking/ Boozing (Children friendly home)
* Should keep the rooms clean
* Should clean the washroom and shared space in alternative week turns with other tenants
