This is a not pet friendly house, no smoking or drug use is allowed on the premise. You, the applicant, should be at least 40 years old male or female, be employed and provide proof of employment. Also need to have 2-3 references from ideally an employer and former landlord. This basement suit is meant as a single person occupancy, not multi person. Only serious inquiries please.
