Hello folks! Share my 6 1/2 apartment with me!

My name is Kevin, and I’m a graduate student at McGill. My roommate is leaving for Europe in July, so I’m now looking for a new roommate to share my beautiful apartment as of July 1, 2025. DM me for more info or to plan a time for you to come and check out the place!

Located just off Sherbrooke (kitty corner to a 24 bus stop, and 10 mins walk from Sherbrooke or Papineau metro) and a couple blocks from Parc Lafontaine, this gorgeous apartment has:
-3 bedrooms
-2 living rooms
-huge kitchen
-1 bathroom with separate shower and sizeable bath
-AC
-the best part: huge private rooftop terrace

This will be a 2 roommate situation (you and me). Rent will be $1544/month plus utilities (approx $150/month).

I’m responsible, clean, and a friendly roommate. I like to do my own thing but I’m also always up to hang out. I’m starting my PhD in the fall at McGill.

I’m looking for:
-preference for someone in the queer community, but open to any allies!
-preference for another grad student, or a young professional
-ability to pay rent on time is important
-I’m totally down for someone sociable who likes to host, but good communication about needs re: quiet is also important :)

Je m’appelle Kevin, et mon coloc actuel part en Europe le premier juillet, donc je suis à la recherche d’un.e nouveau coloc pour partager mon fabuleux appart avec moi à partir du 1er juillet. Envoyez-moi un MP pour vos questions ou pour le job se fixe un temps pour que tu viennes voir :)

Situé à l’angle Sherbrooke et Dorion (à 2 pas d’un arrêt de bus 24, à 10 mins à pied des métros Sherbrooke ou Papineau) et à quelques pas du parc Lafontaine, ce superbe appartement a:
-3 chambres à coucher
-2 salons
-une grande cuisine
-salle de bain avec grand bain séparé de la douche
-clim
-et une superbe terrace sur le toit!

Ce sera une coloc à 2, et le loyer à partir du 1er juillet est de 1,544 $ (environ $150/mois pour les utilities).

Je suis responsable, propre, et amical :) je suis assez indépendant mais j’aime aussi socialiser en coloc :)

Je cherche un.e coloc qui;
-préférence pour personne queer, mais être un allié.e est incontournable
-est en mesure de payer le loyer à temps
-préférence pour un.e étudiant.e de 2e ou 3e cycle, ou un.e jeun.e professionnel.lle
