You will share this house with the owner, a retired professional. It is situated on the 13A bus route going directly to the Western University campus and has connections with Fanshaw College. I you have a car there is a private driveway for parking. Unlimited high speed wireless internet is included. You will have access to a 65” 4k TV to watch or record your favorite programs. You will have full access to the kitchen with all of its dishes, cutlery, pots pans dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven and every appliance needed to prepare your favorite meals. Laundry facilities are also included complete with detergent.
All you need to bring is your personal items and clothing.
There is no deposit required. Your rent will be $740 payable at the beginning of each month. That covers all utilities.
