Share a quaint character house in Bowness NW with one man in his mid 40s. He works alot or will spend most his time out back in the workshop. Quiet, no drama, respectful environment.

The house is close to 3 transit routes and 20 minute walk to any amenity you can think of. It's a few blocks away from Bowness Park and many other parks in the area. There is the bike pathway system less than a block away.

The main floor has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, full bathroom, mud room and living room. The basement has a half bathroom, laundry facilities and tons of storage. There is a decent sized fenced yard, single garage/workshop (more storage), shed in the yard and parking pad at the back. You would have the larger bedroom in the front of the house; big windows and a small closet. Snow removal responsibility will be shared between tenants.

Rent is $1200 to share the whole house have your room. The place will be partially furnished and your furnishings are welcome. The $1200 includes all utilities and wifi. Deposit is $1000. Both due upon move in. You will sign a 6 month sublease with me. The rental then goes month to month as the owners are planning to build a house on the land in the not so distant future.

Pets allowed, smoking outside.
No partiers or irresponsible, sketchy people. Preferably 25 .
$100 non-refundable pet deposit.

Move in immediately, the house is completely empty at the moment. The other tenant is in the midst of moving in and I've made the decision to go elsewhere, you'll be taking my spot. I'm on the lease and the landlord is aware of the sublease.
