The location is unbeatable on rue Bernard at Clark, in the Mile End adjacent to Little Italy. Great accessibility to groceries, restaurants, bars, parks, etc. Several BIXI (city bike) stations nearby with good bike lane access for getting around town.

The price is also unbeatable, because I’m looking for a responsible person (or couple) to occupy my apartment while I’m away, and am not trying to turn a profit! Someone (or a couple) who’ll respect the space and (hopefully) keep my plants alive, too! $1000/month all included (internet electricity).

Le prix est également imbattable, car je recherche une personne (ou un couple) responsable pour occuper mon appartement pendant mon absence, et je ne cherche pas à faire du profit ! Quelqu'un (ou un couple) qui respectera l'espace et (j'espère) gardera mes plantes en vie aussi !
