Furnished unit, all utilities are included. Shared kitchen and living area with two male grad students. Free in-unit laundry along with plenty of amenities throughout the building such as gym, multiple study/hangout rooms (which are quite nice), movie room, basketball court, and the penthouse kitchen games room to name a few.

The room available is labeled as "bedroom 1" in the floor plan.
7-12 minutes walking distance to uOttawa, depending on building. 30 minutes by bus to Carleton University. Looking for 975/mo, but there's be a bit of wiggle room. Feel free to shoot me a message or text at 204-998-2830 for any questions.
