Need room available Dec 1 preferably with an adult bed and no other furniture needed. Ideally in the st Boniface area however closer to downtown is fine too.

I have viewed many ads in person but I can’t find the right fit since the ads are misleading. I want short term being 3 to 5 months and I don’t want to take over someone’s lease or furnish more than just a desk chair, kitchen items, and personal items. Ideally I am able to meet the person or at least one person living in the home/apartment.

I am very clean in the shared spaces. I have a car so parking is important. I am female.
