I am posting this quite far in advance but looking to test the waters and see what’s out there, please feel free to reach out to connect if my post resonates with you & thank you for your time in reading.

* Ideal Move-In Date:
Anytime between April to October 2025.

* Ideal Length of Tenancy:
Long term preferred, will consider short term winter rentals as well of at least 6 months (eg. Sept 2025 to May 2026 term).

* Ideal Location:
Within BC to Manitoba;
Specifically searching for a place to call home very close to or within nature; near a lake, river or body of water is strongly preferred. Tell me a waterfall is within walking distance and I’ll sign whatever you have for me this instant. :’)

Somewhere near or within the mountains would be a top choice.

Seeking peace, quiet and privacy.

* Ideal Price Range:
$1400 - $2400/mo would be an ideal sliding scale, with preference to those whom are reasonably priced, but will consider all offers above or below this range as well.

I appreciate any and all offers.

* Ideal Home:
- Full, detached home (not shared, but if you feel called to present a shared opportunity please do as I will be open to hearing - aka if you are likeminded soul)
- Ideally away from neighbours & within a nature setting (forest, lake, mountains etc)
- At least 1 bedroom
- Open concept/lots of natural light are a major plus
- Furnished would be a bonus as I will be arriving with nothing, although furnished is absolutely not a requirement as I can obtain furniture once there
- Fenced yard is a plus, or unfenced acerage/riverfront is a guaranteed sale… lol
- Some room for storage is preferred
- Dishwasher is a bonus
- Laundry is a necessity
- Open to with or without utilities, water, etc.

* Your Ideal Tenant (me! ☺️) - I come with:
- Me, myself and I, it would just be me renting your space, and my sweet Moroccan dog
- Proof of steady full time employment & income
- Positive current & previous landlord references
- Positive personal & work references
- The desire to find home ideally for the long term if the right opportunity presents itself
- Very minimal items / an easy move in
- Willingness for community with like-minded souls
- Able to assist with duties (farm etc) if offering a shared space
- A warm heart & an open mind ♥️

* Requirements:
- Must be open to considering 1 well behaved, well mannered and quiet dog, whom has not caused any damage to date & who also comes with his own set of positive references & the guarantee of stealing your heart.

* About Myself:
I am a female in my early-mid 30’s, riding solo by choice, and an absolute free spirit. I am a quiet & respectful soul who finds joy in things such as tending to animals, gardening, reading, art and all things nature.

I have been on my own since 15 years of age and so I am very self-sufficient and able to overcome many challenges with ease, I am & would be a “low maintenance” type of tenant.

I am seeking solidarity during these times, so peace and quiet is of the utmost importance to me in terms of my immediate environment of where I call home, and although I adore the sweet city of Lethbridge where I currently reside, it is still just a little bit “too much” for what I need in life right now.

I gratefully work 99% from home and my role covers all of Western Canada, and so I am gratefully able to have a choice in where I reside, and so all areas are considered although ideally within 2-4 hours from an airport due to the infrequent need to travel.
