Hi, i'm a 57 yr old single female who is a quiet, respectful and friendly long term renter seeking a rental for myself & my 7 yr old dog w/some neurological disabilities (her balance is off). I"m on disability & work part time cleaning houses. I've lived in Nanaimo for 25 yrs but after 6 yrs in my last place i'm unable to find anything affordable. Max rent $1250 no utilities. No rooms
If you have a basement suite etc i am more than willing to do yardwork or help out with w.h.y. i don't have a car so no parking req'd but nearby transit is needed My rent & bills are top priority & always paid first along with living in a beat & tidy environment.
