Bedroom: A spacious, well-lit bedroom with a comfortable twin bed, a desk and ample storage space.
Shared Spaces: Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room perfect for relaxing, and a clean bathroom (1 full bathroom and a powder room)
Rent: $900 per month, including utilities.
About You:
Female: We're looking for a female subletter who is respectful, responsible, and friendly.
Duration: Available for a 2 month sublet, starting from July 1 to August 31.
Non-smoker: No smoking or vaping allowed in the apartment.
Pet-friendly: Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets at this time. (Pictures are old, there are currently no cats)
