We are two professional women seeking a third to share a beautiful, spacious house in East Mississauga, beginning January 1, 2025. Close to Go Train, bus stop and #427 HWY. Cost is $1,100/month utilities shared between the three of us. Deposit of $100.00 is required prior to move-in and first and last months rent on January 1, 2024. Reference requested. The tenant will share a third floor with one other woman-consisting of three bedrooms-1 spare room that is used as office space and is available for four days of the work week. Tenant will have the ensuite bedroom, private washroom with a shower. The front entrance is shared with 1 tenant with an unfurnished living room and a large kitchen is shared by the three of us. Secure garage parking, washer and dryer and lots of storage space. Grass cutting is shared by the three of us. Additional spaces include a front garden with a covered porch, a large backyard with flower and vegetable garden. Our desire is to share common space in a quiet, harmonious, respectful, non-smoking space. We are LGBTQ friendly, with an indoor and outdoor cat.
