Currently have an available room that will come with all utilities included(hydro, internet). The price is negotiable depending on the circumstance and if the adjoining requires exclusive use. This will be a month to month basis and I start everyone on a probation period.

Who are you? If you are a professional looking to save or student studying. I will need proof of employment and at least one reference that isn't family. All genders welcome but must be accepting of sharing with 2 guys.

This is a 3 bedroom condo with an underground pool, sauna, gym and laundry room.
