The apartment is open concept, about 900-1000sq.ft. and each bedroom is 12ft. x 12ft. with high speed WiFi throughout. There is a 60” LG Smart TV with a Prime Video account connected as well as internet access for YouTube. And a bluetooth home stereo system with surround sound through the apartment. The bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, small desk and computer chair which can all be removed if needed.

The building is located right at Church & Wellesley, which is located 1 block from Wellesley subway station. We’re walking distance from Yorkville/Dundas Square/Cabbagetown as well as several parks nearby.
