Description

It is located on the north shore of nepewassi lake. The property is approx 1/2 an acre. It is a 5 minute boat ride from the estaire boat launch. There is a nepewassi lake association to join. The bay we are in is referred to as Sandy bay. It is one of the only bays that you can walk out into the water on sand. This great for young children. There is also a 200 ft zipline for teenage fun. Crown land is to my right and crown land all behind. There are moose, partridge etc if you are a hunter. There is a four wheel trail that takes you all the way to the logging road. The lake is great for small mouth and large mouth bass, perch, pike, pickerel, and muskeye. For the snowmobiler , the trail is all of a few second’s away. It is in an unorganized township so property taxes are less than 1000 per year. The roofing as been done recently and the wood fireplace has been recently certified. It has electricity. There is one compost toilet bathroom in the main camp and another attached to the sleep camp. Sleep camp has two two bed bunk beds. The main camp has two bedrooms. Many items will remain with the camp so that you can move right in. We will be including a water pump for fire protection and a lawn mower. Many tools left in the tool shed. In the lakeside shed there are many items including an ice hut. There is a volunteer fire department in estaire so camp insurance is reasonable. When the wind blows east west we are in the corner of the bay and protected from the waves. I have replaced the front wall facing the lake. And the wall where the electrical panel is . I added a bathroom to the side of the main camp with the intent to close the side door off to make a big bathroom. Existing bathroom needs work but there is a shower. Lake water is pumped up the hill beside the camp and a pipe runs down to give water pressure. The hot water tan lead in a shed behind the camp but is needs to be replaced. I have recently done some work to the dock so it is solid. I built a wood shed in back. The back yard is where we would play badminton. Just a short walk behind the camp is a rock to jump off into the water along with a great spot to pitch a tent.
