Lease Terms: This rental is available from November 1st and will not require you to sign a lease. You will be able to stay on a long-term basis. Payments will be transferred to me, the leaseholder, and I will transfer the rent to the landlord.

My roommate and I are currently looking for a roommate to replace the one that is moving out. This spacious and clean room is available with low rent in a clean apartment in the safe neighbourhood of Forest Hill. On the corner there’s an LCBO, Kitchen Table grocery, all 5 major banks, and patios for a Second Cup, Starbucks and several restaurants. In the neighbourhood there are parks, nature paths and bike trails. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from St. Clair West station on the Yonge-University subway line and a 10-minute walk from the St. Clair streetcar. It takes around 25 minutes to get downtown in total. Room has some furniture (small dresser, wall shelf and two standup cabinets) that will be left by current tenant, but bed will need to be provided.
