My roommate and I are currently looking for a roommate to replace the one that is moving out. This room is available with low rent in a spacious and clean apartment in the safe neighbourhood of Forest Hill. LCBO, Kitchen Table grocery, all 5 major banks, and patios for a Second Cup, Starbucks and several restaurants are located on the corner. In the larger neighbourhood there are parks, nature paths and bike trails. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from St. Clair West station on the Yonge-University subway line and a 10-minute walk from the St. Clair streetcar. It takes around 25 minutes to get downtown in total. Room has a closet, lighting and several wall shelves but is otherwise unfurnished.
