One block to campus with powered off street parking. Each suite is private with 2 rooms: a full kitchen and a bedroom.
The bathroom is shared and cleaned 1xweek. All utilities are included. Laundry is available. Separate student entrance. One person per suite. Quiet and clean. No strong fragrances. A $200 security deposit is due at booking.

I’ve been renting out my suites for more than a decade. Many students have returned multiple times. Great location for a student needing short accommodation while attending SaskPolytech in Saskatoon.
Preference will be given to students that will be going home on weekends. Occasionally, tenants wanting/needing to stay weekends can be negotiated at an additional charge.

There are available vacancies in all sessions except for November/December which is completely booked.
