I am renting out a bedroom in a single detached house near Carleton University and Algonquin College. The bedroom would be available for rent starting May 1, 2025. You would be living with four other female students (average age 21) that attend Algonquin or Carleton. The bedroom measures approximately 110 square feet. You would be sharing a washroom with one other student.

Other features of the house:
-air conditioning
-fully furnished living room
-private backyard
-parking on the driveway for 2 cars
-pretty good public transportation that takes you directly to the Algonquin or the Carleton U campus.
-one of the roommates has a cat.
