We are two senior ladies and a cat working with a broker to find a three bedroom townhouse or house to rent. We are looking for a third senior lady, non-smoker, sorry no other pets. The area we are looking in, is Churchill to Kanata, Baseline to Richmond. You will need to fill in rental agreement and provide photo ID for the broker.
