This Saint Henri Apartment is super sunny with lots of Montreal charm. It comes with a comfy bed, two pillows, 2 metal shelves, 3 space heaters, a stocked kitchen, and several mini towels.

You don't need to be neat or tidy to live here - paying for cleaners is preferred.

The only downsides are 1) it is drafty (hence the space heaters for the winter) and 2) there is mold on the ceiling and peeling paint in the small bathroom (sad face but I am reporting it tomorrow).

It is $770 for the rent with the internet included and then $20-$35 per month depending on heating costs.

There is street parking outside, the neighbours are friendly, and it is on the top floor (stairs only). There are two balconies, one facing the northeast and one facing the southeast.
