We have decided to part ways with our little piece of heaven on site 165 of the resort. Covid was more challenging than we would like, and with the dwindling supply of recreational properties, we thought that someone else could appreciate our piece of this fantastic resort.
We are offering our 2021 Cherokee 39DL trailer, Lot, Shed, woodshed with wood, golf cart, golf cart “garage,” and lawnmower in this complete package. All you have to do is stop at the grocery store, grab some drinks, and enjoy the week/weekend.

You will see the generic floor plan above, and it will give you a general idea of what this trailer offers. Upgrades include a King size upgraded premium mattress (and I mean premium; this is a dream to sleep on), and the Limited package.

Site 165 is one of the larger lots in the park, with plenty of room to build your dream getaway. We had the main shed built in 2021, and the woodshed was made later that same season. The park offers full hookups with 50 amp service to the trailer. We have purchased the Golf Cart “garage” to cover our golf cart. The shed also has a golf cart door that allows you to store it over the winter should you wish to. The lot is fully fenced and pet ready.
