2. regular room on main floor at Catalina Blvd NE. The entire floor has this room, kitchen and dining room.

3. large room on upper floor at Catalina Blvd NE.

4. large room on upper floor at Erin Circle SE.

5. regular room on upper floor at San Diego Way NE.





4 rooms with private mini fridge available from May 1:

1. regular room on upper floor at Erin Circle SE.

2. large room on main floor at Erin Circle SE. The kitchen, dining area, laundry, and 1/2 bath on the same level. (Suitable for client who has sore knees, hips).

3. small room in basement at Martindale Blvd NE.

4. regular room on upper floor at Martin Crossing Crescent NE.



Each room has a mini fridge.

Current tenants can transfer between rooms and locations from NE to SE when rooms available without penalty. Management can assist transferring too.

Unlike other rooming houses, our management team does shovel snow in the winter and mow the lawn in the summer, routine rounds to take garbage out & to ensure common areas are in pristine condition.
