Single Occupancy Unit (one person per room)
The room will come with a single bed.

Window with newly installed curtains.
Some rooms have a shared washroom between 2 people only.
Some rooms have a private washroom.
Shared kitchen space (cupboards/fridge space is divided by room number for privacy!)
Walking distance from YorkU.
Coin-operated washer & dryer in residence.
Utilities Included in Rent Price.
Internet Included in Rent Price.
**Please No pets in residence allowed due to shared space with others (due to allergies).

ROOM PRICES:
$850 per room per month, depending on the room (non-negotiable) DEPENDING on which room.
