Rooms for rent!

We have two rooms available for rent in our beautiful quiet house located in Oakville Ontario, right in the River Oaks area on River Oaks Blvd. which is close to six line and upper middle Road each room is $680 per month. All utilities are included such as heat, Hydro water, Internet, and television. You also get a parking spot in the driveway and there is room for storage if needed. The room comes fully furnished but if you have your own furniture you’re more than welcome to bring it and we can put our stuff in storage. .



The rooms are available May 1 or if you need it sooner that can be possible. There are two other female tenants who rent rooms in the house who attend Sheridan college and work full-time you get your own private bathroom with a key so nobody can use your washroom..



You only would be sharing the common areas with the other tenants such as the kitchen, laundry room, and dining room room please no smoking in the house no parties and no loud music after 11 PM
