(Smaller is 625, larger is 675) all inclusive, 1.5gbps high speed internet, central air, on-site laundry, 10 minute walk to kanata centrum which has just about anything you could need. Plenty of local parks including full size soccer fields, public basketball and tennis court, and trails and paths all within 5 mins walking distance, parking included with rent for one vehicle.

Ideal candidate will be male, between the ages of 25-40, and employed (i know high standards)

Smokers welcome but keep it outside and clean up your butts. Vaporizer can be used within your room.

Small pets welcome but no dogs or cats as there is already an incredibly friendly dog in the house (who snuck into one of the photos)

Last months rent required to reserve a room, first months due on the first of the month.
