Hi I have a condo that’s a 15min walk from the roger’s center. I’m looking to rent out either a single room for 300/night or the entire condo for 750/night for someone attending the Taylor Swift Concert.

The condo is 700 square feet and includes 80sqfoot balcony. The condo has a pool, gym, in suite laundry and other amenities. The condo is a 2 1 with 2 bathrooms.

If renting a single room it would be the smaller room which is approximately 9x9 feet and has a sliding glass door which can't be seen through. Not pictured is a double bed, clothing rack and desk. You will also have access to the living room which has a table, lamp, reclining couch, TV and kitchen, and balcony and bathroom picture. If renting the entire condo, you will also have access to the master bedroom and ensuite bathroom.
