Utilities are capped at $200. In excess of $200 in a given month, up to four people will share the amount (e.g., if $200 in a month, each occupant will pay $20 that month).

To the Western campus, it is a 5-minute drive, 15-minute bus ride, 13-minute bike ride or 35-minute walk. One parking space for rent and guest parking is available.
