Located in Birchmont Leduc AB. Quick connection to hwy 2 and 2a. 5-10min drive to anywhere in Leduc and a quick commute to nisku and airport.

Bedroom with double bed, one night stand and tv stand with storage and closet with one hanging unit. $775/month

Home is furnished-however you are welcome to bring your personal items. I take pride in my home and keep it tidy and clean- essentially clean up after yourself, help with weekly house cleaning. Must be working, respectfully and responsible.
