We have a female student living in this room and she is in need of a roommate, the room is shared in my condo where I live as well with my family, we are looking for females only as the girl living in the room is only comfortable sharing with another female, room is available for move in now but will also accept someone for the 15th of the month as well, first and last months rent is required. The condo also has a large kitchen laundry room in our unit and spacious washroom that we share, steps away from antibes community center and many other amenities, the condo also has a party room, gym and saunas and security on site
