Hi, I just moved to Dieppe from Alberta, and I am looking for a mature, respectful student or young professional who wants a stable, Supportive home environment starting January. My background: I am a Registered Nurse and I am going to stay in the Maritimes for the next few years.

This is can be long term, but you can decide how long to stay and have flexibility. It's a 1-bedroom apartment but the space is flexible - we can set it up so that:

- the bedroom is shared with separate beds
- one person uses the bedroom and the other uses the large living room.

The apartment is unfurnished but has basic household items: utensils, plates, cookware, and I can help get a second mattress if needed.

I'm looking for someone who values:

a calm, clean and cooperative home. I don't want to be strangers who just exchange rent, but a supportive and community-driven partnership where we can list each other as emergency contacts, share a meal if we want, or just enjoy our separate space and see each other as little as possible depending on the week.
