Currently seeking a roommate to share my Cranston Townhouse property with. Asking for $1000 / month plus half utilities. Amenities/features Include: unfurnished private room, large walk in closet, ensuite bathroom, upstairs washer and dryer, newly renovated kitchen, small basement, air conditioning, attached parking garage spot, shared living room, nearby bus stop, guest parking, outdoor balcony, grocery/shopping area across the street, and local community/sports centre. Also within close distance to the Seton shopping core and YMCA.

Utilities would be split 50/50 which would include heat/water bill and high speed internet.

Pets are negotiable but must be approved by condo board. Typically small well behaved dogs and cats are allowed.

A bit about me - I’m a 31 single male with no pets or kids. Business professional who works early mornings in oil and gas downtown. Likes to go for the occasional beer at the tavern across the street. Preference would be given to someone in a similar life situation.

Damage deposit of $1000 would be required, also looking for to start with a 1 year lease.
