Hello there!
We're looking for a third roommate at our 15th floor apartment unit at the Rabba Buildings (1360 White Oaks) for *May 1st*
This is a pre-covid lease, so truly some of the cheapest rent currently available in Oakville!
The Room:
The biggest room in the apartment, with a huge south facing window and plenty of natural light. Ample room for a queen-king sized bed, a large desk, with leftover space for shelving or other small-medium sized furniture (chairs, shelves, etc) with a shared Master Bathroom with one other roommate.
The Roommates:
You’ll be living with myself, Kaz, a soon to graduate fourth year Animation student and Regan, a first year Illustration student!
Two respectful, clean, fun folks.
We enjoy spending time together in the living room or kitchen, just as much as we enjoy our own personal space and time to do our own thing.
Regan is a lover of all things arts n crafts, a huge thrifter, and a niche instagram reel enthusiast, and I’m a big film and television guy, enjoyer of silly bits and deep conversations, and have recently been very into baking, so expect lots of homemade bread for you to consume in the kitchen!
From time to time we’ll have people over, but always with notice and you’re always welcome to join!
Above all else we make sure to maintain a comfortable, communicative and respectful communal space and a welcoming sense of home for anyone here from any and all backgrounds.
The Location:
An ideal spot for any Sheridan student, as the walk from our front door to the Sheridan ‘S’ is roughly 7-9 minutes depending on your walking speed and the will of the elevator/traffic lights!
On top of that there are plenty of amenities just downstairs, including but not limited to the local sports bar Monaghans, the always convenient 24 hour Rabba, and readily available dinner options from Shelby’s, Yunshang Noodle, Ginos and more!
