I have a bad allergy to scents and currently take medication for it. So the apartment is 90% scent free. No pets and no smoking. The ideal roommate does not use perfumes and is respecting of my severe allergy to scents. Scented candles and strong cleaning products also trigger my allergy. But I am willing to work with you if you are interested, just call for more details.

I don't use the living room. It is currently unfurnished (there is a tv, but that is all). You will have full access to that area as well. So if you want to bring couch and your setup tv, feel free.

I don't party. I am also quiet, but sociable enough. I keep the place very clean and scent free, so a roommate would be expected to help do the same.

The room available is very large with a good size double door closet and a private balcony.

Internet is included and hydro is included, so long as the bills don't get too high.
Parking is available for an extra $100 dollars outdoor.

Apartment is on the 7th floor of a well maintained building.

Room is unfurnished. There is a dresser you can use if needed.
