I don’t drink, smoke, or party. I work a Mon-Fri day job with NSHA. I have a Siberian cat named Leia so no other pets please. She’s hypo-allergenic as well, in case you have allergies.

Your bedroom is spacious and has a new queen bed in it with a side table. There’s room for a dresser and desk, if you’d like. The closet is double.

The apartment building is quiet, located within close walking distance to the bus terminal and shopping, with laundry on site but not in suite. The apartment is on the first level in the back of the building (no street noise). All space is equally shared except our bedrooms.

Rent is $900 per month plus half of electrical. I’ll supply the internet for us
