The unit:
The apartment features a large kitchen and living room, and a spacious shaded balcony.
River. There is lots of space and large windows for plenty of natural light.
The apartment is already furnished in the shared spaces, but we can only promise some basic pieces for the room itself (the bedframe will remain, but not the mattress).
There is card-operated laundry in the basement and limited parking behind the apartment.

The location:
10 minute walk to the University of Ottawa, transitway, and groceries. 15 minutes to Byward. We are 1 block away from several food options (Pizza, thai, sushi, smoothies, cafes, convenience stores) and just up the hill from Strathcona park, your gateway to the Ottawa River!

The roommates:
2 friendly young professionals who have occupied the unit for several years now. One of us travels a lot for work, so it’s more like 1.5 roommates. We are passionate about cooking, gardening, exploring, science, and philosophy, so it shouldn’t be hard to find common interests.

Graduate students and young professionals are preferred, but we are an open minded household.
