The area is located on William and Kate street, close to grocery stores, major bus routes and HSC hospital is within walking distance. Rent would be 400 plus have the utilities (hydro and internet). I can have the bedroom partially furnished with a bed, a couple dressers and a 55” tv. You can also have it empty so you can bring your own stuff. Anyone is welcome to apply all I require is that you have a steady income and no criminal record. Pet friendly except for big dogs. This would be great for anyone starting out or going to school.
