1-bedroom, 1-bathroom with shower, full basement with walkout and a private back entrance. Includes sole parking in the garage. I park in the front and use the upstairs front entrance. Basement storage, as well as garage storage available. The house backs onto a park and is close to downtown and amenities, close to Crowchild, and a 5-minute walk to bus stops. Full rent is $4100, asking $1900 for the basement (1 bed & 1 bath), garage, and shared main floor/kitchen/laundry. All utilities are included. A cleaner comes once a month, at a cost of $200. Negotiable, if you like to clean and want to clean the entire house for a discounted rent. My current roommate bought a house and is officially out end of August. Looking for a Sept 1st move-in date. Must be willing to sign a lease agreement and make monthly payments to the property owner. Pay stubs will be required to confirm income, confidentially to the property owner and not myself.
