Hello, I am looking for a roommate in a large 3 bedroom apartment for July 01. The kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared common spaces. There is underground, secure parking with a spot for the renter if they have a car. Public transportation is very close as well. It's a nice clean neighbourhood and well taken care of, renovated and quiet building.

I would prefer a student, but anyone is welcome to apply male or female. All applicants will be screened and need to provide references. Rent will be $800.00 per month and for the damage deposit. Internet and utilities are included. PS I will be able to add a dresser or desk to the bedroom if needed.
