Looking for a Roommate for my apartment. Not looking for anyone without a stable paying job and 2 refrences. Hydro is not included, goes by usuage. Internet is 131.07 and it is split half way.

Area is downtown Hamilton

Parking included but it is 2 streets over from the building (underground parking was all full)

Must be fine with animals as I have a pet cat
