Details:
- August 1st move-in date, with 12 month lease. Options to extend or arrange a shorter term arrangement as well.
- Rent is $1,400/month for the smaller bedroom, INCLUDING ALL UTILITIES WIFI
- 900 sqft space, with high 11-12ft tall ceiling. Part of a newly-renovated antique building with a few other units attached. There's a shared yard/patio, but we get this entire unit to ourselves.
- Unit has 2 bedrooms and a sunny, spacious living room. Also features a large eat in kitchen and a 5 piece bathroom with a shower, bath, toilet, and bidet.
- Shared yard/patio space with areas for gardening.
- Convenient location: <10 minute walk east to UoT campus, ~10 minutes to Bathurst subway station, ~5 minute to bike share by Bathurst and College. Lots of cafes, restaurants, and nice shops nearby. Walking distance to Kensington Market, The Annex, and Little Italy.
- Building is pet-friendly, but they'd need to get along with my sweet, elderly corgi.

About me:
I am a graduate student at the University of Toronto, looking for a responsible roommate to share this space with me and my dog. My schedule is pretty busy, so I'll be spending a fair bit of time to myself or working on my research. That being said, I'm more than happy to socialize with roommates and would love to have a cordial relationship.
In my free time, I like to read, cycle, and cook. I'm more than happy to share meals with roommates as well.

It's important to me that we have an open and honest relationship, and are able to problem-solve maturely and proactively. I also value cleanliness and a fair distribution of responsibilities, so I'd like to set up a chore calendar or other way to coordinate that.
