Possibly looking to get into a house with a couple other people. Needs to be a house with a driveway of sorts as I'll need to park my RV there until I can sell it. I also have a one ton truck.

Must be pet friendly as I have cats. They're super friendly, they get along with anything that breathes.

I'm working two jobs, so will only be around my days off or in the mornings usually.

I'm currently taking an online course as well, so that eats up most of my spare time.

I'm a very clean person, I wash my dishes after using them and put them away. I like to do my laundry once a week as well.

Easy to get along with, like playing board games, watching horror movies, and playing video games.

Would be nice to be paying around 500-700 tops for rent with all bills included in that price. Prefer somewhere in Spruce Grove or possibly west end of Edmonton.

I'm currently paying 1300$ to live in an RV... it would be nice to not be doing that anymore.
