About the unit: It's a 2 bedroom apartment on the 22nd floor (penthouse), I would rent one bedroom and I'm looking for one or two (couple) people to move into the other bedroom. Rent is $1580 ($790 per two people OR $526 per three people), everything besides wifi is included in the price. It has a beautiful view, big living room, a kitchen with a full sized refrigerator and microwave. There is a washer and dryer on every floor ($2.50 to wash, $1.75 to dry). The apartment IS animal friendly, as am I. The apartment is very close to Dalhousie university, Superstore and Spring Garden Rd. References wanted! Thanks!
