Roommates Required to share a large 5 bedroom house with approx. 3000 sq/ft living place.

We have 3 bedrooms available either one of the two upstairs bedrooms or 1 oversized of the downstairs bedrooms. We want our house to be a safe, clean, respectful, quiet place for everyone. Regarding the two bedrooms upstairs we could consider a single mom with a child for the two bedrooms up and adjust the rent cost.

We are looking for a female student or employed, responsible, clean, quiet, non-smoking adult female. At most a person that consumes alcohol in a social setting and not an excessive drinker. New female immigrants are welcome also. But because this is a shared space we request that no pets eg. no cat or dog pets please. We will have the common areas furnished and we can help with furniture for your bedroom. We request no parties or large groups of Friends.

Bright, newly renovated 1500 sq/ft bungalow 5 bedroom 2 standard size bedrooms upstairs with oversized 2 bedrooms downstairs popular Temple area. The shared rent is per bedroom $900 plus $900 deposit about $100 for when divided 1/5 utilities, water, light and gas. You are required to carry your own property insurance and supply a copy to the landlord before moving in the average costs is between $10 to $20 dollars a month the other term used is tenant insurance. There is all appliances, fridge, stove, dishwasher washer and dryer. There is an extra communal fridge/freezer downstairs. There is high speed internet connections to the house with easy reconnection with either Telus or Rogers.

The house is very open concept with large windows upstairs hardwood floors throughout and tiled floors in bathrooms and kitchen.

Lots of room for our roommates wanting to be close to SAIT 20 minute drive or U of C 20 minute drive or working in the downtown core with a 20 mins drive away.

Temple Market is just down the street at 32 Ave NE and 52 St NE or straight down Temple Drive is a great place for Major Chain Grocery Stores, restaurants, Service Canada, and shopping, as well as services such as, massages, dental, health and wellness businesses. 

Live 20 minutes by car from downtown, Bow Valley College, SAIT, University of Calgary but yet feel like you’re living in a quiet, friendly community with plenty of tranquility in our backyard.

There is city access bike paths moments away for riding along, there plenty of green spaces in the area also recreational, schools and public library.

Tenis, Squash, Racquetball, golf courses, basketball courts, and baseball fields all within the area and most a short walk away. 

We do ask that you sign and review the roommate agreement for set what the house rules are to be signed and followed.
